CANCELLATION POLICY - Standard Tariffs
1.	If cancelling 2 weeks or more in advance full refund of deposit will be made
2.	If cancelling less than 2 weeks in advance deposit will be retained unless the room is resold. Alternatively we will hold the deposit against a future booking for up to 3 months from date of cancellation
3.	If cancelling less than 48 hours in advance you may be liable for up to 75% of the total cost unless the room can be resold and will forfeit the whole deposit unless the room is resold. In any case £5.00 administration costs may be deducted
	Rooms booked or associated together are considered to be Groups. Please see below.

Short Breaks & Special Offers

All rates are quoted PER PERSON, PER NIGHT for Dinner, Bed & Breakfast with a minimum of 2 nights and two people sharing a double or twin room. (Single Supplement £10.00 per night)

Offer Rates MUST BE QUOTED AT TIME OF BOOKING and confirmed with a deposit of 25% of the total booking value.
